Onsite Registration is located in the Registration Foyer on the Ground Floor of CTICC. Registration opens on Saturday 28 October from 15:00 to 19:00 and on Sunday for 8:00 to 16:00 and will be open Monday –Friday from 8:00 to 17:00.
Registered participants (those who have paid their registration fee prior to arrival).
All registered participants must visit the Registration Area to get their accreditation and photo name badge and conference kits. Please bring the printed proof of completed registration sent to you by email along with the passport or the identification you provided when you registered online. If you have an accompanying person they should come as well with their identification as they must go through the same process.
Participants will receive a conference bag with materials upon presentation of their name badge at the Registration desk. Accompanying persons are not entitled to a conference kits or programme.
For security reasons all participants and exhibitors are expected to wear their name badges at all times to access the session rooms. Replacement of a lost or stolen name badge must be supported by an affidavit commissioned by the South African Police Service. No name badge: no access to the venues.
On-site registration and payment
Participants who have not registered on-line or who have not yet fully paid the registration fee should fill out an onsite registration form and go to the On-site Registration Payment Desk where you can pay registration fees by credit card or cash in Rand, USD, or Euros. Payment of fees must be completed in order to proceed on to get Conference Accreditation and a photo badge.
